Here’s what S Kaur said after just one session: “I find it difficult to concentrate and really take my mind off things but the Life Balance Arts session was an amazing experience for me. It allowed me to get into a zone where I was relaxed and had nothing on my mind but painting. I even surprised myself with the finished piece which in itself boosted my confidence in my abilities. The relaxing music and atmosphere really put my mind at ease and I highly recommend this as a therapeutic session “
Karen Neate- Life Process Mentor (LPM)
Karen’s holistic journey started at the age of 15/16 when she became a vegetarian, with a keen interest in healthy nutritional food, this lead to a lifelong passion with diet and lifestyle.
Karen now holds workshops on Superfoods alongside the Yoga on how to incorporate them into everyday lifestyles to supercharge the body promoting optimum health.
Studying various Holistic Therapies before embarking on a Yoga Teacher Training Course Karen qualified in being a Reiki Master, Holistic Massage and Indian Head Massage Therapist , before embarking on a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Karam Kriya followed by a 220 Hour Mindful Yoga Course accredited by a Yoga Alliance and The Minded Institute, and more recently a Gong Yoga Course which incorporates sound healing during classes and workshops.
Conscious that Yoga is a continuous journey of self-awareness and healing, I carry this philosophy through with my life long interest in diet and nutrition, working at a cellular level not only with breath and movement but with food. What we eat, how we breath and move has a phenomenal impact on our wellbeing.
Karen’s teaching is a subtle blend of Hatha, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation and YinYoga, working at a cellular level to replenish and maintain our physical and emotional balance and restore equilibrium to the body. Through a fusion of postures and breath work she helps her students achieve optimum health and vitality, improved confidence and empowerment, enabling ease of transition through life's challenges, a strong body, reduced stress levels and a calmer mind resulting in deep relaxation.
